A Collaboration with Russian doll artist Natalie Sapré.

Meet Mira, a beautifully detailed doll inspired by Russian folklore, traditional dress, and Slavic fairytales. Her lovely hair is styled in a traditional side braid and finished with a crisp bow. Framing her face are realistic, individually placed eyelashes in varying lengths, which were added by hand.

Mira wears a vibrant crimson kokoshnik, a traditional Russian headdress trimmed with white eyelet lace and decorated with floral-embroidered ribbon. Cascading pearl-like beads frame her face, adding movement and elegance. At her neckline, a double strand of polished red coral-style beads completes her folk-inspired look.

Her outfit features a modern take on traditional Russian clothing. A knee-length red sarafan, or pinafore dress, is styled with shoulder straps, delicate gathering, and bold decorative trim. Beneath it, she wears a lightweight white dress with softly puffed sleeves accented with red geometric embroidery. Inspired by traditional Slavic protective motifs, the embroidery adds meaningful detail to her charming ensemble.

Mira wears white ribbed knit socks and eye-catching fairytale boots in scarlet red with radiant gold-colored upturned toes. She also comes with a wooden shoulder yoke, known as a koromyslo, with two miniature white buckets featuring glossy red apples. In folklore, full buckets symbolize good luck, abundance, and joyful fortune, while magical apples are said to bring rejuvenation, guidance, and glimpses of the future.

From her rare realistic eyelashes and ornate kokoshnik to her symbolic embroidery and fairytale accessories, Mira is a captivating tribute to Russian folklore, storytelling, and doll craftsmanship.
